These Terms govern your access to and use of Ravine Desk (the “Service”), operated by Ravine Software (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Ravine Desk is a multi-tenant helpdesk/ticketing application. Each customer (“tenant”) gets an isolated workspace on its own subdomain. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the activity under your workspace, for keeping credentials secure, and for the conduct of the technicians and clients you invite. You must provide accurate signup information.
Don’t use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, to abuse or overload the system, or to attempt to access another tenant’s data. We may suspend workspaces that violate these Terms.
New workspaces begin with a free trial. Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms are described at signup and in your workspace’s billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms. On termination, we may delete your workspace data after a reasonable retention period.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
